Our Keys to a Healthy Holiday

We are in the thick of the holiday season and hopefully you’re feeling great and ready to enjoy time with friends and family.┬áThis is the home stretch of 2016 and we want to end it even better than we started it! Take a look below at our three keys to a healthy holiday and be sure to check out the Holiday Hustle workout at the end.

  1. Don’t wait until 2017. It’s easy to get off track diet and exercise wise during the holiday season knowing you can get back to it once New Years Day comes. But why add that extra stress? Eat and drink mindfully during the home stretch of 2016, and you’ll enter the New Year already feeling great.
  2. Take time for yourself. The holidays are busy, busy, busy we all know that. But you can still prioritize your health without feeling guilty. Use your hour at FLEX to escape you to-do list and focus on your best project…you!
  3. Stay in the moment. This special time of year only comes once, enjoy it! We wish you and yours the happiest holiday’s and all the best in 2017.
