Are you looking for a way to prioritize your health and fitness without breaking the bank or roaming the gym by yourself? Our Kickstart Program was made for exactly that reason. We want to take the guess work out of getting in shape and help you make yourself a priority.

Our next Kickstart Program begins January 4 and runs through January 19 for a total of 15 days. Included in the Kickstart Program is 15 days of unlimited classes, along with email encouragement and support from the expert FLEXcity Fitness instructors. At the end of the program you get $25 toward your next purchase at FLEX.

Clients have seen great success when participating in the Kickstart Program and we know you will feel the same way!

FAQ’s

Who can participate?

New clients are a perfect fit for Kickstart as you will truly get a taste of what FLEX is all about. Previous and inactive customers are welcome as well. Please note that clients may only participate in one Kickstart Program.

I don’t currently workout, is this a good fit?

Yes! The Kickstart Program is perfect for those who are looking to get back in shape or haven’t workout in a while. We encourage all clients to listen to their bodies, especially during their first few classes, and take breaks when necessary. We can tailor all classes to fit your fitness needs.

What are the dates? 

January 4th through 19th. 15 days of FLEX!

How much does it cost?

A one time $49 payment.

How do I sign up?

Submit your information here and we will send you a notification when the Kickstart Program is available for purchase.

Will I see results? 

After 15 days of working hard in class and making adjustments to your diet outside of class, we know you will feel better than before. We recommend coming to class between 3 and 5 times per week to see the best results.
