FIRST TIMERS

New students must arrive 10 minutes prior to class.

Water bottles are available for purchase.

Class times are subject to change with 24-hour notice.

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We ask all clients to cancel class at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time should they be unable to attend. Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before class will be considered late cancels. Members will be charged $5.00 for that class, and punch card users will lose a punch. This policy is intended to help all FLEXcitizens attend every class they want.

Showers are not available at the facility; however there is an onsite bathroom for changing.

FAQ

How do I sign up for classes?

Click the locations tab and choose your studio, then click on the link to reserve classes. Create a username and password, select the class you would like to attend, purchase your package and you’re all set.

What do I need to bring to class?

Please dress in athletic apparel and wear tennis shoes. During inclement weather, please bring a clean pair of shoes to change into. We provide water for purchase. If you need to change bathrooms are available.

I am not in shape. Can I still come to FLEX?

Absolutely. FLEX is for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a runner, a yogi, an athlete or anything in between, FLEX has something to offer and we can modify each workout to accommodate all levels. Always feel free to tell the instructors about issues or questions you have regarding your workout.

Can I come to FLEX if I am pregnant?

Yes, you can. However, please clear it with your doctor and bring a doctor’s note with you to class. Please inform your trainer prior to class that you are pregnant; they will help with modifications.

Do you offer any specials for new clients?

Please contact the studio if you are interested in information on new client specials. We offer new mom and brides to be special packages. Contact the studio for more information.

I want to do the monthly auto-pay. How do I sign up?

In the Retail screen, click on the “CONTRACTS” tab to sign up for auto-pay. Please note that there is a three-month minimum commitment. After three months, you may cancel without penalty; simply email us 5 days in advance. Canceling before end of contract will result in a $100 early termination charge.

What should I know about arriving for class?

First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to class for an introduction and equipment training. We encourage clients to arrive early to ensure a proper warm up— this is for your safety. Please respect the instructor and fellow clients and arrive on time to avoid disrupting class.

How often should I come to see results?

Everyones body and response time to exercise is different. There is not a magic number. We encourage 3-5 days a week for best results. The clients who see the biggest change come at least 3-4 times per week. We are happy to help answer questions about your goals and offer additional personalized services.
